This is a valuable class! Watch for another session coming this fall.

This 2-hour class will focus on self defense. The student will learn the proper mindset required to avoid becoming a victim, and learn avoid-and-escape techniques. This is a “classroom only” class. Bring yourself and be ready to learn!

This event, taught by Dr. Monica Soper Goodman,  is open to women of all ages who want to learn more about engaging their pelvic floor and improving their overall well-being. Did you know that 75% of women will experience these challenges at some point in their lifetime?

During the event, you'll discover effective techniques to activate your pelvic floor and gain valuable tips to reduce unwanted leaking. Whether you're currently pregnant, in the postpartum phase, or simply want to learn more about pelvic floor health, this event is for you. Don't miss out on this informative session dedicated to improving women's health.

The event fee is $35 and includes a yoga mat, pilates ball (both yours to keep), and a perfect combination of wine, knowledge and laughter!
